The opening mechanism on my roof light stopped functioning after just 36 months of use. I have been in contact with the company for about nine months trying to resolve this issue with no success. I received faulty parts that had to be returned, and an electrician has been out twice with no support from the company. The product is attractive but lacks durability, and customer service is non-existent when problems arise. I am at a loss for how to proceed.
