I am truly disappointed with the company. As an architect, I have specified their products multiple times but have stopped including their roof lights in my projects. I installed one in my own home, and the customer service and aftercare were very poor. My complaint about the seals curling up after a hot spell was ignored. Now, I have a window that looks broken, the seals are ineffective, and it whistles in the wind. The warranty is not practical, as I would have to pay to remove and send back the roof light for repairs, then pay again to reinstall it. An installer should have come to fix the seals without returning the window to the factory, saving me considerable expense.
