I have to thank Polly who has been so intuitive in answering my questionsI have changed my car, and I asked the question of whether my existing roof rails and bike carrier would fit on my new car. Polly was able to give good advice of what can be used from my existing kit, and what needs to be purchased to be able to utilise it on my new car. I am very happy, albeit need to purchase some parts, that the bikes can be transported on the roof of the new car. Thanks Polly and team, you have restored the faith of excellent customer service
