This company advertised a product as in stock when it was not. Then they tacked on a $100 shipping charge for a single bundle of shingles. After a week, it wasn't shipped. That's when I called. They promised a refund within 12 to 14 days. We're getting on to 20, and they no longer respond to my requests for information. Looks too me like a bait and switch, then delay scam. I'm not pleased with this company. Don't risk you money. My next step is the BBB and an open request for my refund on their facebook page. Very poor business practice here.Well. The responses and the refund finally came. I'm glad for that, but it doesn't change the issue. Action followed my review. Had the action came before the review, I would have given a better response. This company must learn better communication skills. Customers should not have to resort to review sites in order to gain decent treatment and response times.
