I have been using this service for over two years, and while the VIP concierge was excellent, I am leaving due to their abysmal payout times—up to 5 days to get winnings, if I'm fortunate! They keep giving excuse after excuse. It's disheartening because I genuinely enjoyed the VIP staff and the games, but the management seems untrustworthy!
