Terrible experience, completely unreliable. I closed my account while being a VIP. They told me to contact them if I wanted to reopen, but after reaching out, I received no reply for 4 months. I opened a new account, won $1000, and when I tried to withdraw, they forfeited my winnings claiming I had an existing account, even though I had proof it was closed. A week later, still no response from support. Avoid them at all costs!
