Spent 40 minutes or at least it felt like 40 minutes on the phone trying to book a hotel where I mentioned multiple times that I had two dogs with me and she verified that the dogs were all out of the space arrived at the hotel on time to check in where I was told that dogs are not accepted. It was freezing outside. I was tired. I’ve been driving for at least 15 hours and I was really looking forward to having a room and after spending all that time trying to book with the representative, I was incredibly disappointed. I actually was told to go down the street where I experienced a much cheaper price point, where they actually accepted dogs very disappointing.
