Representative hung up on me while I was explaining the situation; was quoted one price for a room by an automated attendant, then received email with a higher price, and then quoted a third higher price by a live representative and told my reservation will not be refunded

Not happy with this booking. If you book through capital one or Expedia it is 25% less and 100% refundable. If you book with this agent they mis lead you in many ways. I trusted the agents advice when my first hotel choice was available and she talked me into one before i could check reviews which are horrible. There is a terrible refund policy im so disappointed that i cannot cancel without a fee.

I needed 2 queens for 3 people, 2 adults one child. After he booked it he said oh wait they don’t have anymore queens. I can give you a king with a sofa bed, I wasn’t sure because I wanted a bed, but if that’s all they had then I said I suppose. So I booked it. Did not know I was booking through a third party and did feel it was odd I was charged prior to the stay but figured it was because it was a last minute reservation. Little did I know the number that I thought was the local number was not. Got to the hotel and checked in. Got a king, no sofa bed. No living room with a sofa bed per Jesus at all! Obviously was not able to stay because they did not have any rooms and I did not get what I requested b cause 2 adults and 14 year old child was not sleeping in a king bed! Had to cancel and not guaranteed a refund even though I do not get what I requested. Jesus was very quick and wouldn’t let me talk either upon booking. Make sure you don’t pay in advance and verify 100% you get what you booked. Unhappy and disappointed!

The reservation representative misled me about the reservation and went ahead and fully charged my credit card for the reservation. Reservations are always on hold only, NEVER CHARGED until the time of stay. I escalated it to a manager and they insist on charging with no refund! This is Fraudulent behavior.
