We couldn't get into hotel I called. The LaQuinta is where you booked us. The room is on the second floor and no elevator. We were not told this. My husband is disabled. Our first room had a messed up bathroom floor so we had to move rooms. We were charged 161.00 and it is advertised for 119.00 but desk clerk didn't care.
