Order placed and despatched quickly, item was sent on a pallet but you aren’t able to set or change a delivery date so luckily the driver was able to leave the order in a safe place (it was very wet so luckily it was wrapped up.) the item arrived and 1 part was faulty which was replaced an arrived and that wasn’t on a pallet and arrived a day later than planned with APC but that time the box wasn’t wrapped and on a few wet day the box couldn’t be moved without the unit falling out. Luckily the replacement inside and the original mixed together now completes the unit. From doing research they sell via B&Q and Wayfair going direct is much cheaper. Communication can be a little slow but the director who I spoke with was very polite and helpful hence the reason for the 5 stars as it could’ve been lower.
