The unit feels properly sturdy and well made, and the design is clean and modern without looking too much. The best bit is having the appliance raised to a sensible height so much easier on the back. The pull out shelf is a brilliant touch for sorting laundry and the extra storage is so roomy.

Order placed and despatched quickly, item was sent on a pallet but you aren’t able to set or change a delivery date so luckily the driver was able to leave the order in a safe place (it was very wet so luckily it was wrapped up.) the item arrived and 1 part was faulty which was replaced an arrived and that wasn’t on a pallet and arrived a day later than planned with APC but that time the box wasn’t wrapped and on a few wet day the box couldn’t be moved without the unit falling out. Luckily the replacement inside and the original mixed together now completes the unit. From doing research they sell via B&Q and Wayfair going direct is much cheaper. Communication can be a little slow but the director who I spoke with was very polite and helpful hence the reason for the 5 stars as it could’ve been lower.
Order from roomart not too long ago. The Dora cupboard for washing machine, in anthracite and the product has like for like with pictures on website. Highly recommend as the build of the units were sold. The only issue I had was regarding delivery as I was unaware that it would be delivered on a pallet. The driver was unfortunately not helpful. He mentioned his insurance would not cover it. Apart from this very happy with my purchase.

Ordered black oak cabinets from Roomart and the whole experience was genuinely excellent. From the outset, their customer service was spot on, quick to reply, clear with information and never pushy. The samples we requested arrived very quickly, which made it much easier to choose the right finish without any second guessing. The cabinets themselves look smart and well made, exactly what we were hoping for. Overall, it all felt very straightforward and professional.I’d be very happy to use Roomart again.
I had a really good experience ordering the product I wanted. It wasn’t originally available for delivery to the UK on the website, so I emailed customer service. They called me back very quickly and told me they could sort it out for me — even though the product wasn’t listed in the UK catalogue. I also asked for the widest cabinet, and they kindly agreed to deliver it at the same price as the smallest one. They even arranged the remaining item directly from the factory, which normally doesn’t deliver to the UK. I’m really satisfied with their service — very competent and helpful people. Highly recommended!
We bought a new washer dryer stacker unit with doors and are very pleased with it. The instructions didn’t come out of the boxes, so I contacted the company and they sent a digital copy in no time. The product felt a bit weak at first, but once it was fixed to the wall it’s sturdy and very well made. My wife is so happy, as it saves so much space and looks smart.
