The service was incredibly poor. They attempted to overcharge me with an excessive cleaning fee for a place that was already clean. When I contested this, they added some questionable charges. Fortunately, the adjudicator was not misled. They rarely addressed non-emergency repairs and took at least a week to respond to any messages. Their close relationship with their property management company does not excuse their lack of accountability.
