Extremely disappointing experience.
Attempted to overcharge me with an exorbitant cleaning fee for a place that was already clean, and when I contested this, they added questionable charges.
Fortunately, the adjudicator of my deposits saw through this. They seldom addressed any non-emergency repairs and took over a week to respond to any messages. They collaborate closely with their property management company, so claiming they are separate entities is not a valid justification.
My experience was terrible from start to finish, causing me a lot of stress. It took over a month just to process my room rental. Their responses were infrequent, often taking several days. Now they are trying to withhold my deposit, claiming the place wasn't cleaned professionally, despite not having provided such a service. When I requested the cleaning invoice, they refused to share it. If you doubt my claims, try calling their number and see if anyone actually picks up.

The property is not worth the deposit or rent, and it houses unstable individuals. The facilities are subpar, and maintenance issues are rampant. Many have complained about this place, and the service does not deserve five stars. There are numerous issues, and I never received my deposit back.

I requested a refund and am currently waiting for it through a payment service, as they have stopped responding.

They are quick to ask for money but slow to return it. I strongly advise against using this service.

Despite a crowded office, I found a quieter area to speak with an agent. Now, my other room is rented as well, so I have no complaints—they delivered on their promises!
