It's astonishing how this service could have achieved five stars; perhaps they offered decent apartments to foreigners while treating locals poorly. The accommodation at this location is dreadful, leading some to leave in desperation. After many visits, they assigned the apartment to another desperate tenant. The property is not worth the deposit or rent, and it houses unstable individuals. The facilities are subpar, and maintenance issues are rampant. Many have complained about this place, and the service does not deserve five stars. There are numerous issues, and I never received my deposit back.
