I expected professionalism but was let down by the treatment I received. When I needed assistance, they were unavailable. There seemed to be favoritism and a lack of proper communication with tenants. The manager only listened to one person who caused issues. Despite having evidence, including a canceled contract and no return of my deposit, this has been the worst experience I've had with any agency. I thought it was a five-star service, but I've changed my mind after speaking to others. I strongly advise staying away from this location, as it's unsafe and not worth the trouble.
