I had a very negative experience with this service. I lived in London from January to April 2020 and sought accommodation through them. I had to leave due to a health crisis and return to my home country. Now, five months later, they owe me money, including two weeks of overpaid rent and my deposit. I consistently paid my rent on time, but now that I need my money back, they are unresponsive. Months of fighting and emailing have yielded no results. They are quick to ask for money but slow to return it. I strongly advise against using this service.
