Unpleasant experience with defective items. Purchased a toddler floor bed for a significant amount and received a large box of unfinished wood pieces. After providing evidence via email, they admitted their error and promised a "full replacement". They even suggested I could "bin or burn it," which I did. A few days later, they informed me the replacement would take an additional three weeks, on top of an already two-week delay. This was too late for me, so I chose an alternative and requested a full refund. Suddenly, they asked me to return the bed to receive a full refund, and since I can't, I'm left with only a partial refund. Disgraceful business practices.
