I had a terrible experience with the service. I purchased a toddler floor bed for £630, but instead received a large box filled with unfinished and poorly crafted wood pieces. After providing evidence via email, they acknowledged their mistake and promised a 'full replacement.' They also suggested I could 'bin or burn it,' which I did. A few days later, they informed me that the replacement would take an additional 3 weeks, on top of the initial 2-week delay, and their responses took 1-2 days each time. This timeline was unacceptable, so I opted for an alternative and requested a full refund. Suddenly, they required me to return the bed to receive the full refund, which I couldn't do, leaving me with only £110 back from my £630 purchase! This is a truly disappointing way to conduct business.

Disappointing experience overall. I paid extra for priority shipping to ensure my order would arrive quickly. I was assured it would be delivered by a specific date. However, my delivery was unexpectedly delayed by about two weeks without proper explanation. I understand delays happen, but the lack of communication was frustrating. I followed up via email and received no response. I paid extra to avoid a December delivery, yet here I am with a December delivery and no updates. If a company can't honor a paid delivery upgrade or communicate effectively, that's a significant issue. I regret my order and wouldn't recommend them based on this experience.
We searched for a floor bed for months and finally found the right one! The customer service team was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the best bed for our daughter, and she adores her new big girl bed!! We chose a double so I can co-sleep with her, and it's just perfect. Thank you so much! ♥️
Delivery and communication issues. The lack of contact options made it impossible to resolve problems quickly. Response: I'm disappointed with your reply, as it only emphasizes the poor delivery and communication. The bed was supposed to arrive two weeks earlier and was delayed in production for two weeks.
