Disappointing quality for a toddler bed. Many slats have unsightly marks, and they are not sanded, leaving rough edges that can shed wood chips. This is not safe for a toddler bed. Additionally, transport was repeatedly delayed, forcing me to cancel plans last minute. The worst part is the customer service has not responded to my inquiries about a return or replacement for the faulty items.
