humm looks like I'm not the only one with an issue regarding the RVMD website (misleading authorisation and so forth) and product returns...to cut a long story short, I have run into a bit of a brick wall that i trust will be resolved by dogged determination in respect of shipping to their European location (which it is claimed is an expensive option) and obtaining a full refund...I have been offered 20% and now 50% which have I have rejected and countered with a higher proposed percentage that I expect to be rejected at their end...The ultimate goal is to receive a shipping address for return and a refund of monies paid for this product...accepting I will pay for shipping that to me is going to be worth the loss...so I will maintain the star rating given as 1 because zero is not available...
I ordered 3 bottles of Flow Revive from Rooted Vitals MD company on Jan 2, 2026 and received an e-mail 5 minutes later saying they are shipping 3 bottles plus an additional 6 more for a total of $321 . My order was for $147 . I tried to cancel only minutes later and they said it was already processed and I could return the bottles to Europe OR they would quickly give me a 20% discount on the entire $321 . After several e-mails and phone calls , no response . I am disputing this entire bogus order with my credit card company . What a mess --I have better things to do with my time . SCAM ALERT .
