I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the company. I placed an order on December 15th, and over a month later, I still haven't received my item, nor did I get a tracking number or shipping confirmation. I reached out several times via social media, email, and the contact form. While I occasionally got brief replies, there were no real updates or clarity. I was even told the support team had emailed me, but I never received anything. Weeks later, I'm still without my original order, tracking, or a clear resolution. I requested an exchange for a different item, and while I received a confirmation, there has been no follow-up regarding next steps or a timeline. The lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating, especially for a brand I genuinely wanted to support. I hope they take customer service more seriously in the future, as this experience has made me reconsider future purchases.
