I’ve had a deeply frustrating experience with this service. I placed an order on December 15th, and over a month later, I still haven't received the item, nor have I been provided with a tracking number or shipping confirmation. I reached out several times through social media, email, and their contact form. While I occasionally got short replies, I never received any substantial updates or clarity. I was even told that I would receive an email, but it never arrived. Weeks later, I’m still without the original order, without tracking, and without a clear resolution. I requested an exchange for a different hoodie, and although I received confirmation, no one has followed up with next steps or a timeline. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating, especially for a brand I genuinely wanted to support. I hope they take customer service more seriously in the future, as this experience has made me rethink any future purchases.

Over 14 Business Days and Still No Order

It's been more than 14 business days, and I still don't have my order. I placed it on December 21, and now it's January 14. The shipping company claimed they couldn't deliver because my house was inaccessible?! They didn't even attempt to drive by. I'm always home and have cameras. The representative keeps putting me off even though I paid for shipping protection. Avoid this service. You'll likely never receive your order.

Avoid Ordering from This Company

Do not order from this company; it's a scam. I ordered Christmas gifts for my child a month before the holiday, and they never arrived. I kept contacting customer support without any response. Eventually, they replied to say they were launching an investigation and wouldn't refund my money until it was complete. In the meantime, I had no gifts for my child. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.

Sizing and Return Policy Are Absurd

The sizing and quality of the garments are incredibly inconsistent, even within the same collection. Additionally, the return and exchange policy is absolutely absurd. They make it so difficult to return or exchange items that it feels like unfair business practices, designed to keep customers from being able to do so.
