I have just purchased 2 plants from Roots, I ordered 3 but the hawthorn was unavailable. I was advised with an apology and I chose to cancel this part of my order and was given a refund with no quibbling. My other 2 plants arrived superbly packaged and look extremely healthy, I'm very happy.
Before my plants arrived I received several emails updating me on their progress, then just before delivery I received detailed advice on ground prep, planting and after care. The advice was worded as if it was a friend imparting wisdom, lovely.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Alex and Ian, two long-time plant buyers, set up Roots with the aim of bringing gardeners on a trip around some of their favourite nurseries. As much as possible we want a click on Roots to feel like a trip around a nursery. Almost as if you were there with the grower, covered in mud and beaming with pride as they show you their plants, answer all your questions and gives you advice you didn't even know you needed!
