Delivery of a mature cherry tree due March. It’s mid April and no news of where our tree is. When trying to get help from the website it’s very difficult, no live chat, no telephone number. I have sent a contact when I eventually found the page but as yet roots have not yet responded.
Very disappointing.

Alex and Ian, two long-time plant buyers, set up Roots with the aim of bringing gardeners on a trip around some of their favourite nurseries. As much as possible we want a click on Roots to feel like a trip around a nursery. Almost as if you were there with the grower, covered in mud and beaming with pride as they show you their plants, answer all your questions and gives you advice you didn't even know you needed!
