Placed order for collagen and paid in mid July. Order didn’t arrive and no correspondence from seller. Had to email three times and they make some lame excuse about back order. Had to request a refund. This should have been clearly communicated to me, they have my email and phone number. Reach out Rootz and stop holding peoples money ! Are you hoping they forget?
