Terrible product experience

Issue with unauthorized subscription

This is my second complaint; the first time, they never sent the product. After filing a complaint, they promised to send the product and refund my money, but only the product arrived late. They then created an unauthorized subscription and charged me again, with no way to contact them directly. I will not buy from this unreliable company again.

Money taken without delivery
