The company was fine and sent everything but unfortunately the product makes me soooo tanned. I couldnt recognise myself. I looked so awkward. The pictures came out horrendous cuz i was wearing white and my hands and arms were beige but my face sooo brown. I looked unnatural. I dont know how to get rid of this. I wish i checked trustpilot before buying. Btw im south asian. Waste of £30
I ordered two samples, and I’m so glad they do samples because this is one of the worst products I have ever put on my face. It doesn’t match your skin, it’s just green moisturiser with tiny little balls of makeup in it which absolutely won’t match you. It’s so dark. I looked hideous, like I’d rolled around in dirt. It’s like the worst, cheapest, fake tan ever. Not to mention it being very difficult to remove.Never again!
I was so excited to try my Rosalique samples to see how they would work on the redness on my face. I honestly think my face looks better red than what I just put on my face. The best way to describe this product is like smearing the darkest fake tan across my face, except it washed off straight away. It also turned my fingers green when I used it. I washed my hands twice and they are still green. I had a large brown streak on my neck also when I tried to blend it. Awful experience. So glad I did not pay full price for this crap
I like the product. I haven't needed to purchase a new tube for a while so possibly I'm still using the old formula as there seems to be some bad feedback about consistency now. However, the reason I'm bothering to leave a review at all is because I'm so impressed with their customer service! I purchased a tube which, after a few squeezes, came unsealed. I Googled for customer services and was pleased to find a phone number in addition to the usual 'write to us'. The last I spoke to was lovely. No quibbling, I was sent a replacement immediately. The while thing was so quick and easy and personal. Something which seems hard to come by these days. So, I hope I do like the new formula, as I definitely like the company!
Disappointed! I'd watched all the Instagram reviews and thought this would be a great alternative to the Dr Jart I usually use, so was delighted when I was able to get 2 sample sachets. However, I wasn't impressed at all. Others have mentioned a change in formula which must be the case here, as the Instagram videos showing a smooth texture and easy to rub in was not my experience at all.The formula was thick, hard to spread and felt grainy as though it had a few grains of sand in it. The product felt heavy and left a dark tone on my face. My finger went a dark greenish/grey having applied it and was difficult to remove. I couldn't recommend this and am just grateful that I was able to get a sample (albeit for £3) but am glad I didn't buy this for full price.
Extremely disappointed. The overall texture was thick and gritty; when I finally applied it smoothly it was far too dark. I persevered and tried again the next day, but still not happy. I attempted applying a tiny amount under my foundation but its still too dark and thick for me. Also stained my finger green after applying.
I bought a tube last year and it worked. Green cream changing to flesh colour as it is applied. Great coverage and masking of redness. Bought a new tube and it's different. Green cream changing to white when applied. Fails to mask any redness. Pointless product now. Is this a new, disimproved formula or a defective tube? Very disappointed.
