I ordered and paid for a kit on November 27. The advertisement promised delivery in 2 days, but after 5 days with no updates, I asked for a status on live chat with no response. I also followed up via email, but still no reply. I received emails stating my order was on its way when I placed it, but surprise, no delivery yet. Be cautious; I now have to seek a refund.

I agree with the negative reviews. I ordered hoping it would work as advertised. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. It doesn’t work well and requires multiple passes to remove hair. Life is too short to spend so much time on this. It leaves skin feeling prickly, not smooth. Back to the razor for me! I’m sending it back.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid, avoid, avoid... I hinted at wanting this hair removal gadget for months, and my partner listened. I wish he hadn’t; it's the most expensive waste of money ever. Unless you enjoy the smell of burnt hair, don’t bother.
I gave this product a fair chance and used it three times a week for six weeks. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It’s slow, tedious, smells like burnt hair, and is completely ineffective. For such a high price, it’s very disappointing. I suggest spending that money on a salon wax; it will give better results and last longer. This is one to AVOID AVOID AVOID.
