It should be SHEIN prices - products come from china so it takes forever (unlike SHEIN)- if you want to return you have to send the parcel back to china & pay for postage & any customs costs - they try to do everything they can to stop you from returning by offering a 30% refund to keep the clothes - there is no returns portal, you have to email them to sort it. Their CS are very responsive and that’s the only thing I can say in their defence
