There may be another company with similar name, also in Tampa. But Rose Mae Tampa is not located in Tampa. It may be located in Holland. but returns go to China or Hong Kong. Rose Mae Tampa its name as noted on my credit card charge. The company does not honor return policy; instead plays games. I offered to pay for return/exchange. They told me to keep garment, but would send new garment for shipping cost only. Yet their platform won't accept shipping payment. They said their platform had a glitch, but would fix it. It has been weeks. I have exchanged many emails with company, each time asking them to honor offer. They reply with more games, offering various discounts to keep sweater. Now they have stopped responding.
