Update: I want to give credit that RoseFarmers reached out to me directly and they fixed my issue as best they could. I am understanding that the delay was caused by a flight issue and I appreciate the replacement flowers they sent on top of the refund noted below. Thank you. --------------------------------------------------------------They never arrived and the customer service was quick to give me a refund, however it felt like this happens all of the time . I appreciate the refund but sending flowers as a gift that never arrive creates its own problem. I wouldn’t trust this company to deliver if you ar sending a gift as it may turn out like it did for me.
