I ordered 2 dozen roses and baby breath for 2/18. It went to my mailing address and didn't arrive on time. I went out of town and now half of the bouquet is dead and the other half looks 4 days old. I checked the address to make sure it was going to the right place, because the first time I input the information it changed it, and I had to change it back. Never again!

Due to my awful technological experience with Groupon - I will never use that again - all I wanted to do was send birthday flowers to my oldest friend that I've known since first grade who was diagnosed with inoperable cancer. I was so stressed out and it took so long and you can't call anybody at Groupon about it but somehow I got through to Emily at Rose Farmers - she saved me! She took so much time on the phone to walk me through the order and then on top of that she gave me additional items free of charge! She was very kind and knowledgeable and made sure that everything was done perfectly so that I could cheer my oldest friend up! Emily really cheered me up! What a wonderful employee at a wonderful company! Thank you so much!

First, the have made their "Leave A Review" button on every item for sale on their website not work at all. Secondly, I ordered 2 dozen farmers choice roses a week before V-Day. The roses arrived uncut and ungroomed. Half of the roses were rotten with squishy brown pedals and stems and several roses were very small and squished. I emailed there customer service who said they would resend them even though it was after Valentines Day. I said I do not want more roses the holiday is over, I want a refund. They said they could not because I bought through a 3rd party. I said that 3rd party told me to contact you for a refund, they said they escalated it to management who would contact me "very soon." It has been 5 days with no word. This is the 2nd time I have been sent sub-par roses from them. I will not use them again. I would upload pics, but there is not an option to.

I don’t always buy flowers like I used…

I don’t always buy flowers like I used to but when I do it’s always Rose Farmers. I would say it was originally because of there good deals but once I received them I was amazed by how beautiful they were. My girlfriend was thoroughly impressed. Now I was curious if that would be the case each time but I ordered again and again for my now fiancé. The flowers are amazing. Thank you Rose Flowers you make my life easier.

Their employees, roses and packaging is Perfection!

I had ordered roses for my daughter-in -law and during checkout, my internet was giving me trouble. I looked up RoseFarmer’s phone number and spoke to Emily in Florida. Emily was kind, pleasant and a delightful representative to have contacted! She placed my order, added my comments and it was a seamless transaction! Emily was as beautiful as the roses in her office! I would highly recommend RoseFarmers as they take pride in their product, employees and package their roses to perfection!
