One of my dear classmates, beginning in 2nd grades, moms 80th bday was near. I wanted to send her flowers, since I couldn't attend the festivities. Being on a fixed income, I checked to see if Groupon had any deals. Thank God Rosefarmers was listed. I went through the seamless ordering process, then realized I wasn't asked about a card. I sent an inquiry via their support email. I was expecting a reply within 2hrs. To my surprise, they replied immediately. They explained the next day delivery process, then offered a solution so that a card could indeed be included. Including a card would delay the delivery date, but they could definitely accommodate my request. To my surprise, they not only refunded the overnight fee, but added additional roses to my delivery. Neither of which was expected. Not only did the recipient cry at delivery, but the Rose's were the most beautiful roses I've ever seen!! Not only that, in addition to the superior customer, I'll NEVER look elsewhere for my floral needs. I cant express how impressed I was with the entire process- start to finish. Rosefarmer, ill be a loyal customer for life!!!!!
