I have ordered Rose Farmers roses about 6 times for occasions ranging between weddings, holidays and just because. I have never bern disappointed. They are just beautiful! I did have one issue when my phone put through an order before I had updated the billing address- a quick email to customer support, and it was fixed within 15 minutes. The response was incredibly quick, and helpful!!
