I recently had a small hiccup with my order from RoseFarmers.com, but the way the team handled it truly impressed me. I ordered flowers on October 29 for delivery on November 7, and when I didn’t receive a tracking number, I reached out for updates. Without tracking details, I wasn’t sure the order had shipped, and I grew a bit concerned.A manager from Rose Farmers personally called me, apologized sincerely for the inconvenience, and explained that my order had in fact shipped on time but was delayed by UPS, something completely outside their control. She offered both a replacement order and a refund to make up for the experience and took the time to listen to my feedback about communication. She assured me they’re improving their tracking process so customers can feel confident from start to finish.Their flowers are absolutely five-star quality, fresh, vibrant, and some of the most beautiful I’ve ever received. Despite the initial hiccup, the customer care and genuine desire to make things right really stood out. I’ll happily order from Rose Farmers again!
