Due to my awful technological experience with Groupon - I will never use that again - all I wanted to do was send birthday flowers to my oldest friend that I've known since first grade who was diagnosed with inoperable cancer. I was so stressed out and it took so long and you can't call anybody at Groupon about it but somehow I got through to Emily at Rose Farmers - she saved me! She took so much time on the phone to walk me through the order and then on top of that she gave me additional items free of charge! She was very kind and knowledgeable and made sure that everything was done perfectly so that I could cheer my oldest friend up! Emily really cheered me up! What a wonderful employee at a wonderful company! Thank you so much!
