⭐️ 1-Star Review – Highly Disappointed with Warranty Practices. I am sharing my experience to caution others before purchasing. I bought a new watch and wore it for a month. It was then stored safely for nine months—no damage or misuse. Yet, it developed serious issues like: • Paint peeling off the case • Visible wear on the face • Rust on the metal parts • Excessive wear on the bracelet, far beyond normal usage. These problems suggest a manufacturing defect rather than damage from use. When I contacted the company about the warranty, they refused coverage and only offered a paid replacement, which is unacceptable for such a quickly deteriorating product. Their response does not align with consumer protection standards or their claims of high-quality and durable watches. Moreover, other customers have reported similar issues—premature discoloration and rusting, indicating a larger quality problem that the company is not admitting to. I asked for my case to be escalated, but the resolution was still unsatisfactory. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this brand. If you want a reliable watch or a company that stands by its warranty, consider other options.
