I bought watch as a gift for my sister and suggested to my friend and he also ordered for his sister to her birthday from this watches and again he told me can you order watch again for his girlfriend for Valentine’s day. Very truly and lovely watch for those who respects aesthetic.
I placed an order that never arrived. I've reached out multiple times for a refund or to inquire about my order's status, but I'm being completely ignored. This is the most disappointing customer service I've encountered. The lack of any response, let alone a refund, is unacceptable.
The customer service is extremely poor. They offer an initial option for an additional fee without informing you that this product is non-returnable. The initial option is merely engraved on a battery cover, not on the watch itself. The product fit is subpar, and they fail to respond or provide solutions comparable to another purchase. Any inquiries or after-sales support are ignored. This company seems solely focused on maximizing profits rather than fostering long-term customer relationships. Avoid this purchase; you will regret it!

Their response does not meet standard consumer protection expectations, nor does it align with their marketing of the watches as “high-quality” and “durable.” Additionally, other customers have reported similar issues—early discoloration, peeling, and rusting, pointing to a broader quality problem that the company is not addressing. I requested an escalation and a thorough review of my case, but the resolution was still completely inadequate. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this brand. If you want a watch that will endure or a company that honors its warranty, I strongly advise considering another option.

I ordered a watch online as a gift, but the box arrived damaged.
