I bought a new watch and wore it for a month, then stored it safely for nine months—no damage or misuse. Yet, it developed significant defects, including: • Paint peeling off the case • Visible wear on the face • Rust on the metal parts • Excessive wear on the bracelet, far beyond what is considered normal. These problems are not typical for a watch that was worn briefly and stored correctly. They indicate a manufacturing defect, not user damage. When I contacted the company regarding the warranty, they denied coverage and claimed it was “not included.” They offered only a paid replacement, which is unacceptable for a product that degraded so quickly. Their response does not meet standard consumer protection expectations, nor does it align with their marketing of the watches as “high-quality” and “durable.” Additionally, other customers have reported similar issues—early discoloration, peeling, and rusting, pointing to a broader quality problem that the company is not addressing. I requested an escalation and a thorough review of my case, but the resolution was still completely inadequate. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this brand. If you want a watch that will endure or a company that honors its warranty, I strongly advise considering another option.
