I bought a blanket box for £179.94 with delivery, and it was advertised as in stock in November 2025. However, my receipt mentioned in small print an 8-12 week delivery time, which was misleading since I only saw it after the purchase. When I contacted the support team, the representative did not attempt to investigate and incorrectly claimed it was a preorder, which was not true. There was no mention of a preorder on their current or previous website, nor on my receipt. This practice misleads consumers into purchasing items that aren’t available, allowing the company to hold onto our money and potentially earn interest. I'm currently awaiting my refund.
