The Roseland website was easy to navigate, the one thing I found really helpful. As you look at a picture of any piece of furniture it informs you if it is assembled or assembly needed when delivered. When it arrived I was so pleasantly surprised the quality amazing, good price and great delivery. The whole experience was one of the best I've had and to top it of to have fabulous piece of furniture was icing on the cake. If you haven't tried Rosedale furniture and your currently looking, look no further, seriously you won't be disappointed. I recommend Rosedale furniture to my sister as she was looking for affordable assembled furniture, and she was so surprised that the furniture is solid not the thick MDF alot of companies are selling and in alot of cases is even more competitively priced.
It took 3 replacements to reach satisfactory level of my sideboard, the compensation they were offering did not match the damage on the product but yet they rather pay a courier to pick up and redeliver another sideboard twice. Ridiculous!

I have once again experienced quality issues with Roseland furniture, this time with the Shorwell Dark Oak Slatted 5 Drawer Tallboy Chest. The item arrived with no pre-drilled holes for the handle, despite the assembly manual clearly stating that these holes should already be in place. As a result, I was forced to drill the holes myself just to complete the assembly, including having to purchase wood drill bits at my own expense to rectify a manufacturing failure.
This is not something a customer should ever be expected to do, particularly when the instructions explicitly state otherwise.
Even more disappointing is the customer service. There appears to be no genuine interest in resolving issues or acknowledging the inconvenience caused. Responses feel dismissive, with no real effort made to provide a satisfactory resolution or demonstrate any concern for customer experience.
Given this is not the first issue I’ve had with Roseland, the repeated quality failures combined with poor customer service leave me with little confidence in the brand. I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before purchasing.
I am truly amazed by the service I received; it was absolutely fantastic! The communication was excellent, and my complaint was resolved in less than three days. I really didn't expect the replacement to arrive so quickly. I had purchased a corner unit for my TV that, despite being well packaged, arrived damaged. I called the support team to report it and was asked to send a photo of the damage. After a few emails, the unit was picked up the next day, and a replacement was sent the day after that—now that's impressive! I highly recommend this service for their outstanding customer support. As for the unit itself, it fits perfectly in the room! I'm very satisfied and would definitely purchase from them again. If I could give more than 10/10, I would!
Locating the item we wanted on the website was simple, and completing the payment was also hassle-free. We received a confirmation email shortly after, and the payment has been processed. My main concern is wanting regular updates about our order, as it could take a few weeks to arrive, and I haven't seen the item yet. Additionally, the website mentions that returns are at our expense, so I hope the item meets quality standards and arrives without issues.
These stylish drawers offer fantastic value for money. I would certainly buy them again. The delivery enhanced the experience significantly – the team brought them upstairs and attached the feet, which was the only assembly required. I'm thrilled with my purchase!
I bought a blanket box for £179.94 with delivery, and it was advertised as in stock in November 2025. However, my receipt mentioned in small print an 8-12 week delivery time, which was misleading since I only saw it after the purchase. When I contacted the support team, the representative did not attempt to investigate and incorrectly claimed it was a preorder, which was not true. There was no mention of a preorder on their current or previous website, nor on my receipt. This practice misleads consumers into purchasing items that aren’t available, allowing the company to hold onto our money and potentially earn interest. I'm currently awaiting my refund.
Lack of updates on delivery and the excuse of using a third party for shipping seems to relieve them of any accountability. They inform you that the item has been dispatched, only to later claim it is still in their warehouse.
The furniture quality is disappointing, and the bedding set I ordered never arrived. Two months have passed, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I've contacted my credit card company, but the seller has yet to process the refund. I plan to escalate this issue. I strongly recommend steering clear of this.
