Ordered a dressing table for £250. The first one arrived damaged, the replacement that customer service had arranged also arrived damaged.
Receiving two damaged items in a row was very disappointing. A partial refund was offered and I accepted, although this didn’t fully reflect the inconvenience of arranging a replacement and dealing with the issue twice. I did not want to go through the hassle of packing the large item second time and risk being in the same position again, therefore accepted the partial refund of £65.
Table is nice once assembled, however I wouldn’t recommend and quality control clearly needs improving.
