I've ordered a set of brushes twice from the company. The first set was primarily synthetic brushes for gouache, and they started losing their shape after just a few paintings. I've never encountered this issue with any of my brushes before. Typically, my brushes last for years, but these lasted only days. What use are detail brushes that lose shape so quickly? I gave them another chance with a landscape set, and the same problem occurred—some brushes lost their shape after just one painting. Even my least expensive set has held up far better. I won't order from this company again, regardless of their recommendations. The quality doesn't match the price.
