I had a disappointing experience. After 40 years of painting and teaching art, I never expected a brand new brush to lose its shape after only a few hours of use! This happened with two different sets, and when I reached out with photos for advice, I received no response. They seem to have a strong PR presence with endorsements from prominent artists, but based on my experience, I would suggest avoiding them. Their quality control appears to be lacking, and they don't seem interested in addressing customer inquiries.
