Firstly the only reason I haven’t given this company 5* is because I’m still waiting for my brushes to arrive. So I decided it was time to buy some decent brushes at a reasonable price Rosemary obviously being the go to for this as so many professional artists use them and highly rate them so I ordered a few basic brushes for now just to test the water before I spend a small fortune. For me when it comes to customer service it’s the little things that count and Rosemary did not disappoint I ordered 3 short 7” brushes and accidentally 1 long I believe 11” brush the company actually rung me to ask if I had made a mistake on the order to which I said yes and they changed it for me!Like I say it may sound trivial to some but to me that’s unbelievable that they spotted that mistake on my part and actually made the time to ring me and make sure it’s what I wanted the lady on the phone was lovely also I believe we need more company’s like this that take the time to ensure the satisfaction of individual customers.Bravo Rosemary I’ll definitely be ordering from you again.
