I am a relatively new artist trying a local Yorkshire Company

I am a relatively new artist, tried cheap brushes from various places including online. A art tutor suggested these Rosemary brushes and as they are Yorkshire based I thought I would try them as i like to support local businesses too. First order was small and they sent the wrong ones. Had to wait ages for replacements to arrive and even though it was their fault they decided sending them 2nd class was acceptable rather than trying to build relationship with new customer and send out more quickly. Anyway, after trying the brushes thought I would try some more from different ranges. Again delay in production meant delay in me receiving them and once again they were sent out 2nd class. They state 1st class postage on website but it clearly isn't as its 48hr RM. They never upgrade delivery at there own cost even though delays are their fault. Their customer service is pretty diabolical considering they are up against other online retailers who do everything possible to win customers and retain them e.g Jacksons. I think its such a shame when this company Rosemary & Co. is a small niche business that could do with improving its customer service and reputation as when things go wrong that is what we tend to tell others! I now mix with many new artists and unfortunately my experience of Rosemary has not been a great start so my feedback to others might be to recommend other companies if Rosemary doesn't do something to try and win me back. Balls in their court.
