It would have been better if the company had clearly stated that, since it's not located in an EU country, customers will likely need to cover the VAT themselves. In the past, I've had positive experiences with their brushes, which is why I'm disappointed. Unless you're making a very large purchase, the costs can quickly outweigh the value.
