I ordered my first doll from rosemary after weeks of researching. At first everything went well and smooth. They told me wait time is about 2 months, from factory to delivery. It took a little over 2 1/2 months. Once arrived, the doll is much heavier than expected. I tried communicating with them about this issue and they said it's up to expectations given the add-on accessories, fine. The doll is not flexible at all, hard to reposition, they say it's "normal" and will be easier overtime. So how am I suppose to use when I cannot even carry the weight because it's heavy and reposition because it's so stiff?
What bothered me the most, which I want to warn potential buyers, is that this is a "all sales are final" purchase, meaning there are no returns whatsoever. If the doll is "up to expectations" on their end, they will not entertain any return/refund/exchange whatsoever. There is no explanation about this on their return policy. So pretty much, all sales are final, at least for me in my case. I spent thousands of dollars, waited months, all for nothing. I tried communicating with them over these few months, trying to negotiate anything because I have this doll here almost 90lbs and cannot move around. They won't entertain anything except a "goodwill gesture" of hundred dollars. They also told me if I'm not happy I can sell locally or hang the doll up so support the weight.
I usually don't write bad reviews but I have to for potential buyers. Please be careful and make sure you know EXACTLY what you're purchasing. Otherwise you'll be stuck with a purchase you're not satisfied with and out of your hard earned money. Don't be like me, wasting thousands of dollars for nothing, feeling like a fraud and scammed.
