Had an absolutely amazing experience, this is honestly my first time ordering a companion doll. So I really had no clue what I was doing originally..especially since what I wanted was so specific.
But when I got in contact with the staff at Rosemary, everything went by smooth. They communicated about my request, my customization. Where very kind, prompt. Guided me through the process. I ended up using the Layaway System, which was very easy to use, had no issues there. But again, my payment was updated very promptly as well as the remaining total left.
The only issue was literally on MY behalf. I hadn't realized that because the people here are so dang nice. They were sending me update photos of the progress on my doll...I didn't check for those. I would just see a email and respond...I didn't check the images. So that was absolutely MY FAULT. That also just again shows how good the customer service is and how dumb I am. But yes, progress images are given.
All together I'd say it took about 3months..maybe a bit under 3monthes from ordering to receiving the doll. I again did have a custom order. I also ordered during the holidays. Shipping itself was through FedEX, I was told it would take about 14days. But from me it only took about 9, I am in Las Vegas, NV USA.
Great experience, when I am ready for my 2nd companion doll, I will absolutly go through Rosemary Again.
Also join their Discord, its full of absolutely sweet and wonderful members. They will answer your questions. Rosemary Staff is active in there. You get to see all their new products and again if you are new to dolls like me, they're absolutely people in there who will answer all your questions..no matter how dumb. Also very friendly and open. I was scared because I am a man who ordered a male doll and didn't want to be discriminated against..so was quite shy. But no..people in there were super friendly and sweet about it.
