Doll came with broken heating part. They forgot to send moaning device. Customer service doing their best but factory send really poor quality product. The finger skeletons have pierced through the silicone and are sticking out. Although it's only been two days since I received it, the TPE doll has surface defects in many places. I'm not very rich, so I'm being extra careful. Rose Mary doll's customer service is excellent, but the manufacturer is a complete disappointment. I feel like I've wasted $1400.
